Withdraws are processed within 24 hours of withdrawal notice given from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, (GMT+2 South African Standard Time)

 

ARC CAPITAL has to comply entirely with internal compliance and regulatory procedures from the FSCA to ensure the funds in full are processed thoroughly and safely to our clientele. 

 

ARC CAPITAL does not allow for third party payments at all. Funds must be sent to an account that has the same name and surname as the account holder at ARC CAPITAL. We at ARC CAPITAL also hold the right to contact the trading account holder to verify if he/she has placed a withdrawal, if we can not get hold of the account holder during a 24hour period we will cancel the withdrawal due to security precautions, contact via call or email shall be made.

 

All withdrawals via bank transfer will not be charged to the account holder from ARC CAPITAL but please beware you might still be charged fees by the banks that process the transaction that includes intermediaries.
